MitchTheVet LLC is owned and operated by Moyo C. Mitchell, a VA accredited claims agent, performing duties as authorized under Title 38 U. S. C. and Title 38 of the CFR on behalf of veterans, and their dependent family members.
We are dedicated to helping eligible veterans transition back into, and through, civilian life.
The best way to verify any representative is authorized by the Department of Veterans Affairs to represent you is to use the Accreditation Search function provided by the VA Office of General Counsel. Be sure to select the category at the top.

Our services are exclusively for veterans and their families.
Absolutely not, in fact literally no one can do that. If you are promised any guaranteed outcomes in the VA processes that should be an immediate red flag (this includes claims that "should" be obvious or easy to grant).
We provide representation to VA for claimants to whom we have mutually agreed terms under which a VA Form 21-22a has been submitted to, and accepted by, the Department of Veterans Affairs.
A fee agreement is also completed and submitted for VA's approval for costs of services. There is no initial or upfront fee charged for MitchTheVet LLC services.
